The Minjok festival is one of the biggest annual events of the year enjoyed by both teachers and students. The KMLA orchestra opened up the festival with a medley of songs from 'Les Miserables` while our traditional drumming team ¡®Daechita¡¯ gave their unique performance, all dressed up in traditional uniform of the royal band. During the main festival, 14 clubs opened different booths according to each of their own characteristics, and sold various snacks that students could enjoy. Not only snacks but various activities rounded out the event, including the Minjok Pop Song Festival (where students could flaunt their hidden singing skills), Minjok Film Festival (where students could watch a film prepared by the Department of School Broadcasting), and other less formal open-air performances by the students of KMLA created a delightful ambiance. Thanks to all the refreshing events, every KMLA student took a day off from all the studying, works and worries, to relish a festival of our very own.
